Purchased as existing commercial dwellings in 2019, PBFS have fully refurbished and re-branded to Budgens of Sway and Budgens of Stock. Benefiting from quaint village locations, these stores have provided much needed services and convenience, with an extensive product range. Lockerley Green Stores remains as it’s purchased setting and will undergo a full refurbishment within early 2020.
Lockerley Green Stores, Romsey
Situated in the attractive village of Lockerley, PBFS acquired the store in July 2019. We aim to carry out further improvements to the store in the coming months.
Budgens of Stock
Positioned at the heart of one of Essex’s most desirable villages. Acquired by PBFS in 2019 we refurbished and re-branded the shop into a Budgens convenience store. Further improvements to the store are to come in early 2020 providing scope for a wider range of products to meet the needs of our customers. We are also converting the upper levels into three much needed new flats providing more housing to the village.
Budgens of Sway
Situated in the attractive village of Sway within the New Forest National Park. This shop also benefits from its position in close proximity to the village railway station. We have a extensive range of local producers available at Budgens of Sway.
