As we are approaching almost one year of trading at our fifth fuel station, Tower Services, in Seaton, we are reflecting on the achievements and hard work gone into what has been a very successful year!

We purchased Tower Services in late December 2022, right on the cusp of Christmas, from brothers Rob and Richard Gibbons, who are now great friends of the company. Their love and passion for the site had certainly made Tower a prominent operator to the local community and we were determined to continue their impressive customer service and efforts for the site.

With an already thriving site, our aim was to improve the convenience range, whilst continuing to offer great value to our customers and retaining the impeccable services already provided. In the early summer we introduced Nisa Retail as the main supplier for the store, helping us to provide consistency, improved availability and great quality products including, a new value range and COOP brands. We have also expanded the retail offering with award winning COOK Frozen Meals and local butcher, Lyme Bay Butchers, which so far has been a huge hit with the locals.

Throughout the year we have invested in various enhancements including an internal refurbishment by replacing the fridges with energy efficient integrated chillers, LED lighting, modern shelving systems and back-office systems.

We have secured further parking spaces for the store, kindly leased from Tower Chalet Park, allowing our non-fuel customers time to browse the shop and help limit the traffic on the forecourt.

The Tower team continue to offer their bespoke car maintenance services including small repairs, car washing and an array of car care products.
