We are thrilled to announce the successful acquisition of Greenway Road Service Station, marking a significant milestone in our continued growth within the forecourt retailing industry. It is also another exciting step in our journey to deliver excellent customer service, convenience and our community-first approach.

As part of this transition, we are proud to confirm the existing team at Greenway Road will remain with us, ensuring our customers continuity. The team’s local knowledge and commitment to the site is invaluable, and we look forward to working with them closely to ensure the future success of the site.

As we enter this new chapter at Greenway Road, we plan to invest in a full-scale redevelopment, subject to planning permission, that will transform the site into a vibrant and modern retail offering. Designed with both the local community and on-the-go customers in mind, we hope the planned upgrades will offer a significantly improved retail and customer experience.

Planned Redevelopment Highlights:

New Extended Food Hall: A fully renovated retail space featuring an extended range of fresh groceries, locally sourced products, alcohol range and convenience items.

Food To Go Counter: A modern, quick-serve counter offering fresh sandwiches, snacks and hot food for customers on the move.

COOK Frozen Meals: A range of award-winning home cooked meals, freshly prepared and frozen for convenience.

Improved Car Parking: Extended car parking facilities to accommodate the expanded retail space.

AdBlue Pumps: Innovative, spill-free way for drivers to dispense AdBlue with a nozzle directly into their vehicles.

“This acquisition is an exciting opportunity to revitalise a well-located site with huge potential and developing on the success of the previous owner.  We’re proud to be investing in the local area and welcoming the team to the PBFS family.” – Daniel Panormo, Director at PBFS Limited”

Renovation works are subject to planning permission and, if granted, are estimated to commence in late 2026. The site will remain operational and we will keep our customers updated throughout the coming months.
