Monday 31st July 2023 marked the day PBFS LTD proudly acquired our sixth fuel station, Wellington Road Service Station, located in Taunton, Somerset. The impressive c. 0.6-acre plot consists of shop, forecourt, car wash, and further sublet outbuildings giving the site great scope for expansion and potential to offer further facilities to the local community.
At PBFS, we are continually looking for ways to improve our customers in-store experience and at Wellington, we aim to provide an improved convenience range, whilst continuing to offer great value and retain the services already provided.
Previously supplied by Premier, we are pleased to confirm the store will be supplied by our reputable supply partner, Nisa Retail, providing a range of quality products, COOP brands and reliable availability.
Over the next few weeks, the forecourt shop will undergo several improvements, including new shop fronts, improved modern shelving systems and replacement energy efficient electricals, where possible, to contribute to our sustainability efforts. These works will be completed in stages to limit disruption to the site and ensure we are still able to serve the community.
We are thrilled to welcome the fantastic Wellington Road Service Station team to our PBFS family, who have been a great support through the transition of new ownership, and who will continue to be a friendly face serving the local community. We thank our customers for their support and understanding throughout this transition.
