How to place an order 

To place an order simply, call 07554133503 or email your shopping list to deliveries@pbfsltd.com. Please see below which areas we cover and what delivery day is allocated to your area.

On the day of delivery you will then receive a call from our Delivery Coordinator to confirm your order and make payment.

Please note that orders must be placed by 3pm the day before your delivery day. You will be advised of delivery options when you place your order where you can choose either a morning or afternoon delivery.

Payments will need to be made over the phone.

Minimum order is £20. £3 delivery charge

Free delivery with orders over £50+


Note that on the day of delivery you will be notified if any requested items are unavailable and an alternative will be suggested. We will not make any substitutions before confirming with the customer. Once you have placed your order, we are unable to accept add-ons.

Lockerley Green Stores

Thursday Delivery Day 

Areas covered – Lockerley, East Dean, West Dean, Dunbridge, East Tytherley

Please note we aim to deliver to all areas of the New Forest and Romsey. If  you require home deliveries that are not stated above or outside this radius, please get in touch and we will try our best to accomodate.

Delivery Range 

We will be offering our full range of products for our delivery service including  fresh produce, meat and poultry, dry goods, toiletries, frozen food, COOK Frozen Meals, confectionary, bakery, alcohol, cigarettes and pet essentials. All you need to do is provide us with your shopping list and we will bag it up and deliver. 

Age Restricted Products 

Please note when ordering any age restricted products a person over the age of 18 must be present when accepting a delivery. Proof of ID will be required. If in the case no ID is present we will not be able to hand over the age restricted items and will have to provide a refund.

Delivery Coordinator

Since Carley joined us in 2016, she has flourished within the company. Her dedication and friendly nature have led to her recent promotion from Team Leader to our new Delivery Coordinator. Carley is responsible for managing our home delivery service from the ordering process to the delivery itself. Growing up in Hampshire, Carley has a good knowledge of the New Forest and its surrounding areas and understands the importance of providing a valuable service to our community. Carley has worked at many of our sites which has abled her to get to know our regular customers and learn the vital aspects of customer service and convenience retail. She will now be able to use her experience to provide our community with a personal and trusting service.
